This seasons's tasting has started
It's our mission to find the ultimate pie and we take our job seriously! 

Though many others would quake at the task before us, we soldier on, unto the breach dear friends.  Unstinting in our dedication to you, mince pie lovers, we risk wallet, teeth and waistline to bring you the very best (and worst) of this season's pies.

Last year proved to be a great year for Mince Pies with Morrisons managing to get 2 Pies in the Top 5! The Morrisons The Best 4 Instore Baked Deep Filled Mince Pies £1.59 were excellent pies and worthy winners. However the Waitrose All Butter Mince Pie came a very close second.

Oh my gosh! I love mince pies, my life is totally dedicated to them! I'm even divorcing my husband over them, as he detests them! I'm even stopping him from seeing my children to stop his influence rubbing off on them! Mince Pies for presedent, they're my faves!!!!!

GO MINCE PIES! I totally agree, if your husband doesn't like mince pies, you should be divorcing him. It's an abomination to man kind. I love the christmas season. Not because of the presents, but because of the delectable mince pies that are invading the supermarkets. I disagree, m&s mince pies are not nearly as nice as tesco mince pies. Thanks for this website, My friends think I'm odd, but now I know it's not just me who savours the odd mince pies (: The recipes are fab. I put some of the ones i made out at a friendly gathering, and they went down a treat. I would advise adding a teaspoonm of chilli powder, it adds a nice kick x

My secret is out I just love mince PIES ! I always do a little mini taste test of my own before Xmas so I can choose the perfect pie for the big day !! I thought I was alone in this sad little pursuit BUT No they is a Pie community where I can be loud and proud !!! (nolonger in the red card board packaging of life, with some gold and a holly leaf or two of course !!)  
 
I have only tried Sainsburys Deep filled so far and they are ace !!
