This time it’s the classic fruit mince pie — usually enjoyed in December — that is being offered up early.
But instead of curbing mince-pie-cravings, the decision has created a furious debate.
Many Christmas lovers are branding the decision “gross”, saying the Australian retail giant has “destroyed the true meaning” of the tradition.
