The Co-Operative usually make good Mince Pies and this year they have done well with their 'standard' pie. In previous years we've noticed they had a tendency to over-cook their pies with them looking a little burnt around the edges. This year, as you can see the pies are perfectly cooked and well presented. The small star design is pleasant, but with no steam holes, were not expecting a full pie. First impressions were good, but not memorable. This is a good, standard pie.
