What can we say about this Gluten Free Mince Pie.... It's a very good size and weight in the hand. A very simple design with a wonderful coating of granulated sugar that looks like it's been 'baked in'.

First impressions are surprising as the pastry was very crunchy, not too hard, but you get this unusual crunching sound as you eat the Mince Pie.

The filling was nice and fruity, with plenty of texture and quite sweet. We were disappointed to see that the pie was only half full.

Considering it was Gluten Free, it was quite enjoyable.
