Today we have this generic ‘Discover The Choice’ Mince Pie. This brand is by Londis. It’s a nice looking pie with a star design on top. A little on the small side. But it does have a nice coating of granulated sugar.

First impressions were a little underwhelming, pastry was soft and not too crumbly but thinker that we expected. The filling was fruity and sweet, but had no zest. Our pie was reasonably well filled, considering there were no steam holes….

All in all and small OK pie, with nothing really notable to report.
